We arrived just before midnight and was met by a very pleasant member of staff. The room was large and clean. The bar staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I guess our only complaints are as follows: The cost of breakfast - thought it was included in the price of the room should of checked - then for a room only believe the price to be expensive. As we were travelling by car and there is no street parking around the hotel being expected to pay to park your car is also a little greedy as guests have no other option. Overall though it was a pleasant stay and broke up a long journey.

We had a good stay. We had the breakfast which was OK, but a lot of the food had run out and wasnt replaced while we were there. Our main complaint was that your webpage and your booklets state that you take American Airlines miles - and the girl on the desk refused to take ours - saying that they only took KLM and would nto accept American Airlines, even though I showed her in the booklet about American Airlines - so we were not happy with that..

Wij kennen West-Ende al van heel lang geleden. Het is werkelijk fantastisch geworden en we waren dan ook aangenaam verrast. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is bovendien uitstekend. We zijnwel eens in minder goede hotels geweest die veel duurder waren. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben niet gedineerd, alleen ontbeten, maar dat was prima. Het roerei was de smeuïgste die we ooit gehad hebben!!! Beetje jammer was dat de WiFi het niet deed op onze kamer. We konden wel verbinding maken, maar daar konden we niets mee. De minibar was ook leeg. Dat hadden we niet verwacht. We hebben er ook geen opmerkingen over gemaakt, dan hadden ze het vast geregeld. Verder niets dan lof.
